1. Introduction

Welcome to Max Mods. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Max Mods, a sole trader business offering car modification services.

2. Services Offered

Max Mods specialises in a variety of car modifications including, but not limited to:

  • Starlight Headliners (note: due to manufacturing variances, the number of stars in the kit may slightly differ from advertised).

  • Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

  • Ambient lighting, steering wheel upgrades, puddle lights, spacers, dashcams, de-chrome.

  • Alloy refurbishment, ceramic coating, caliper painting.

  • Engine and gearbox tuning, light upgrades, spoilers, side skirts, diffusers, splitters, M Sport mirror caps, dynamic indicators, and coding.

Both custom and pre-defined modifications are available. All services come with a six-month warranty.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

A deposit or full payment is required upfront before any work is carried out. Max Mods does not offer payment plans or financing options.

Refunds are only available if a product is defective and cannot be repaired within the six-month warranty period. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

4. Liabilities and Warranties

Max Mods guarantees its work. If any damage occurs due to installation or modification that is the fault of Max Mods, we will replace the part. However, we are not responsible for parts that were already damaged or broken before installation.

For customer-supplied parts, Max Mods will install them upon request, but we do not provide any warranties or guarantees. If damage occurs due to incorrect or faulty customer-supplied parts, Max Mods will not be held responsible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are suitable for the requested modifications. Max Mods is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect vehicle information.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or complaints, please contact us via email at maxmods2023@gmail.com. We aim to resolve any issues amicably and promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

The name "Max Mods" and its associated logo are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

By engaging Max Mods, customers agree that images of their vehicles, including number plates, may be used in our marketing materials or on our website unless they explicitly request otherwise.

8. Liability Limitations

Max Mods accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from modifications, except as outlined in our warranty and liability sections.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
